Sharing Policy
The owner of the speed boat will be share with 6 partner.
Every partner must pay 80,000 THB equally.
You have right of boat owner for 1/6 part.
You can boating every time you want.
You must inform in advance before you boating. This case
we will make reservation for you.
The cancellation must be inform 2 weeks in advance. If not
you must be charge for partner opportunity loss fee.
Every partner must pay for fix cost equally every year. The
fix cost of boat are the marina, yearly maintenance and warranty.
Member who cruise must share together for cost to fix
machine, equipment and tool of speed boat when fail or damage (In
case of life time of each equipment). Calculate from time to time for member
who boating in this period. Also calculate with frequency of each member.
